Acceptable use policy
Last updated October 28, 2026 · Version 1.0
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service between you andFreesbe, Inc. ("Freesbe", "we"). It applies to everyone who uses Freesbe: account holders, workspace members, guests, meeting guests, and apps and agents acting for them. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for making sure their workspace follows it. Words like "Service" and "Customer Data" mean what they mean in the Terms of Service.
Most of it is common sense: be lawful, be decent, don't spam, and don't break things. It's written out in full so there are no surprises, for you or for the people you talk to.
The short version
- Nothing illegal, harmful or deceptive, and nothing that hurts people.
- No spam, robocalls or texts people didn't agree to, and record calls only with the notice the law requires.
- Don't attack, overload, scrape or copy Freesbe, and don't use someone else's account.
- Keep specially protected data, such as health records and card numbers, out of Freesbe unless we've agreed to it in writing.
- If something's wrong, we usually ask you to fix it first. Serious cases can be paused or closed, you'll know why, and a person hears your appeal.
This summary is here to help you read. Where it and the policy differ, the policy applies.
1. Illegal and harmful content
Don't use Freesbe to create, store, share or send content that:
- Is illegal where you are or where it's received, or helps someone break the law.
- Sexually exploits or endangers children. We report it to the authorities, including NCMEC.
- Threatens, harasses, bullies, stalks or intimidates anyone, or promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic.
- Shares someone's private information, intimate images or recordings without their consent.
- Infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive or impersonates a person or organization, including phishing.
2. Messages, calls and texts
- No spam: don't send unsolicited bulk messages, invites, emails, calls or texts.
- Follow telemarketing, anti-spam and consent laws, such as the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM and the do-not-call registries, and carriers' rules for business texting.
- No robocalls or prerecorded calls without the consent the law requires, and no spoofing caller ID to mislead.
- Honor opt-outs right away, and only text or message people who agreed to hear from you.
- Don't use phone features for call centers that auto-dial at volume, traffic pumping, or to resell minutes, unless we've agreed to it in writing.
- Don't misuse emergency calling, including test calls to 911 without arranging them first.
3. Recording and monitoring
Record, transcribe or monitor calls, meetings and messages only with the notice and consent the law requires. Some places require everyone on a call to agree. Freesbe shows people when a call is being recorded, but you're responsible for meeting the law where you and the people you talk to are.
4. Security and the service
- Don't upload or send malware, or anything meant to damage, disable or get into someone else's systems.
- Don't probe, scan or test the security of Freesbe without our written permission. Report vulnerabilities to security@freesbe.net.
- Don't get around plan limits, rate limits, sign-in or access controls, or use someone else's account.
- Don't overload Freesbe, or scrape it or access it by automated means other than our API and documented integrations, within their limits.
- Don't copy, reverse engineer or resell Freesbe, or use it to build a competing product.
5. AI features
- Don't use AI features to create content this policy doesn't allow, or to deceive people into thinking they're talking to a person when they aren't, where the law requires you to tell them.
- Don't try to get around the safety limits of AI features or the models behind them.
- Don't rely on AI output alone for decisions about people's legal rights, health, employment, credit or safety.
6. Sensitive data
Don't put data into Freesbe that a law requires special protection for, such as protected health information under HIPAA, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers, unless we've agreed in writing that it may be stored there. This doesn't apply to what we ask you for ourselves, such as the documents phone number verification requires.
7. Sanctions and export
Don't use Freesbe from, or for anyone in, a country or region the United States embargoes, or if you're on a US government restricted-party list, and don't use it in breach of export control laws.
8. What we do when something's wrong
We don't monitor what people share, but we act on reports, on signs of abuse such as spam or fraud patterns, and when the law requires it. Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- Ask you to fix it, such as removing content or changing how you use a feature.
- Put the account or workspace under review. While we check what happened, some features may be limited, for example sending invites, texts or calls, and you'll see that the account is under review. We aim to finish quickly and will tell you what we need from you.
- Remove content that breaks this policy.
- Suspend the account or workspace, in full or in part, until the problem is fixed. We'll tell you why, unless the law or safety stops us.
- Close the account or workspace for serious or repeated breaches, as the Terms of Service allow. When we can, owners and admins get a chance to export their data first.
- Report it to the authorities or the carriers when the law requires it or someone is at risk.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to our message or email support@freesbe.net, and a person will look at it again.
9. Report abuse
To report spam, harassment, illegal content or other abuse on Freesbe, email support@freesbe.net with what happened and any links, numbers or screenshots that help. For copyright or other legal complaints, email legal@freesbe.net.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as Freesbe and the law change. We'll update the date at the top, and tell you ahead of material changes as the Terms of Service describe.
