How much of everything each plan includes. Most of these are set far above what a team of the plan's size uses: they're there to stop runaway scripts, not to get in your way.

Video hours, AI requests and transcripts start again on the 1st of each month. Admins see what's used under Workspace settings → Billing → Usage, with a warning once a count passes 80%. Need more of something? Email sales@freesbe.net: any limit can be raised for one workspace.
What happens at a limit
- Nothing you have is removed. At a count limit, like channels, you just can't add another until you're under it. Archiving a channel frees its place.
- Allowances that run out pause until the 1st. On paid plans, extra AI requests and video hours keep working and are added to your next bill.
- Growing past your plan's size doesn't stop anything. We'll get in touch about moving to the next plan.
How fast anyone can go
The same on every plan. Each person, bot or API token can do this much a minute. A person typing never gets near it.

Workspaces that signed up on their own can also send 10,000 messages and make 200 channels, meetings and other things a day while they're on Free or a trial. That starts again at midnight UTC, or straight away after upgrading.
